Commissions openings are usually announced on Twitter or Instagram.

Please provide adequate references (links, images, descriptions, etc.) when requesting for a commission.

All personal information will be kept private and confidential.

I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.

Will Do: original characters, fanart, real people, kemonomimi

Can't / Won't Do: NSFW, furries, gore, mecha, complex armour, anything I may not be comfortable with.

Unless stated otherwise, all commissions are for personal use only. This includes wallpapers, cropping the image for avatars/icons, printing the image for personal display, etc.

Under no circumstances may the commissioned image(s) be used for commercial or profit purposes without my express consent, including prints, redistribution of the commissioned image(s) and minting/selling of the commissioned image(s) for NFT.

The commissioned image(s) cannot be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence) art generators.

Commissioned image(s) are allowed to be posted to online galleries as long as they are credited (@kagilasgilas).

I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio. If you would prefer not to have your commissioned image(s) posted publicly, please let me know.

Payments via my KO-FI page/VGen depending on the type of commission.

Payments up front. I will not begin a commission unless it is paid.

First come, first serve.

For KO-FI commissions*, simply fill in the commissions form linked in my KO-FI page.

I will provide you with a queue list upon confirming the payment. This way, you can keep track of the commissions' progress.

I will be showing you an initial sketch. This usually takes a day or two upon starting your commission.

Please point out what you want changed so that I may revise accordingly.

If I am unsure of anything, I will be sending you WIP updates.

Please note that for much simpler commissions such as PWYW doodle commissions, WIPs will generally not be shared.

The creation process can take from 1 week to over a month. I work full-time, I would appreciate your patience in receiving the final commission(s).

I will be giving you a heads up, if there are any delays in the creation process.

You may request previews/updates at any given time during the creation process.

After the commissioned piece(s) has been coloured and/or rendered, there will be a maximum of 3 major revisions. Please expect additional charges, depending on the complexity of the revision(s).

The final commission(s) will be sent via email (gmail) at its original resolution in PNG format. JPG and PDF formats can be issued upon request.
